Marcus stars are quite simple to make. They consist of a marzipan mass, which is coated with chocolate. All ingredients (except the chocolate) are mixed to a quantity and rolled out. Then pierce the stars and coat them with milk chocolate that has been softened in a water bath.
Tip: Cinnamon gives dishes a wonderful sweet and spicy note!
