Instructions:

Rinse the apricots, quarter them and remove the seeds. Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan. Extinguish with white wine and add the apricots. Cover and steam for 5 minutes until soft. Season with amaretto and serve with almond flakes.

The compote goes well with Kaiserschmarrn, curd dumplings or other.
