Instructions:

Gently heat the honey, sugar and light butter until the ingredients have melted. Allow the mixture to cool. Add flour, oatmeal, baking powder and cocoa. Knead together with spices, milk and the honey mixture. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Roll out on a lightly floured surface. Cut out stars and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a heated oven at 175 degrees (convection oven 150 degrees ) for about 10 minutes. Cool on a cake pan. Mix powdered sugar with cinnamon and water until smooth. Coat the stars with it.
