A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Cut beef fillet into narrow strips. Heat clarified butter and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the fillet strips, season with pepper and sauté lightly.

Add the sliced mushrooms and the finely sliced pickles, sauté repeatedly, pour in the basic sauce and simmer gently.

Add whipped cream, sour cream, chopped kitchen herbs and quartered cherry tomatoes, season with iodized salt and maybe a little pepper.

Serve with sparrows or noodles sautéed in butter.
