A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

1. clean mushrooms, brush, cut into slices. Chop shallots and tarragon. Peel and slice the potatoes.

Layer potatoes, mushrooms, shallots and tarragon in a shallow gratin dish, season with pepper. Pour whipped cream and clear soup over it, spread nuts and tomatoes evenly over the gratin, grate cheese and sprinkle over it as well. Cook in the oven at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
