Instructions:

For the dough, knead the flour with a pinch of salt, butter flakes and a little cold water until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

Rinse the spinach and make at low temperature for about six to eight min, until the leaves have collapsed. Drain and cool.

Sauté the onion with the bacon in two tablespoons of olive oil until both are golden brown. Mix onion and bacon with feta, cheese, bread crumbs, whipping cream, salt and pepper.

Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll out each piece into a circle. Place the filling in the center of the dough circle and moisten the edges of the dough. Fold the dough up on both sides and press together. Brush with egg and place on parchment paper. Bake for about 15 to 20 min at 175 °C until the surface is golden brown.
