Chop onion finely. Remove seeds and stems from bell bell pepper and chop finely. Saute bell bell pepper and onion in olive oil until soft. Now put them in a suitable bowl. Melt the peeled and diced tomatoes in hot olive oil. Season the resulting tomato sauce with a little sugar and mix well with the steamed vegetables. Break the eggs and mix with the vegetable mixture. Fry everything together in olive oil until golden brown on both sides. While frying, gently move back and forth.
