First whisk the eggs with the milk, stir in the sugar, add a pinch of salt and mix well.
Finally, sift in the flour and mix well.
If there are still lumps of flour in the pancake batter, simply pass it through a kitchen sieve.
Let the pancake dough swell well for about 30 minutes and then continue to make pancakes.
