For the arugula buttermilk shake, wash the arugula and place in a blender jar. Add the buttermilk, lemon juice and fruit juice and blend with a hand blender until frothy.
If you like, you can sweeten the arugula buttermilk shake with a little honey. Best served chilled!

The arugula buttermilk shake can also be refined with fresh herbs. A scoop of vanilla ice cream also goes very well with the spicy arugula note.
