Instructions:

Mix minced garlic, onion, chicken meat, lime juice, half of the eggs, bread crumbs and instant powder in a baking bowl with your HAnd and season with freshly ground black pepper.

Shape each 2 tbsp of the mixture into flat meat loafs, turn to the other side in the remaining egg and roll in bread crumbs.

Place meat loafs on a plate and cook for half an hour until cooled. Just before serving, finish baking in oil over medium heat for 2-3 min on each side until golden and cooked. Drain on kitchen roll.

For the lime hummus, process garlic, sesame paste, chickpeas, lime juice and a tiny bit of salt in a food processor to a smooth thick paste. Mix in mint and bell bell pepper.

To serve, brown the tortillas on both sides under the broiler or in a dry frying pan. Arrange lettuce leaves, chicken patties and avocado slices on a plate and top with lime hummus.
