For the ham croissants, remove the puff pastry from the plastic wrap and wait until it has reached room temperature. This will make it easier to roll out.

Meanwhile, chop the ham and mix it with the sour cream, parsley and salt / pepper. Now cut the rolled out puff pastry lengthwise once.

Now cut it three times widthwise, so that you have 6 rectangles. Now cut the rectangles diagonally so that you have 12 triangles.

Put a small blob on each puff pastry triangle and roll together. Then place on a baking sheet with baking paper and brush it with egg.

Bake the ham croissants at 180 °C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
