Instructions:

First, rinse the turkey meat with cold water, remove visible tendons and pat dry. Turn through the meat grinder (medium perforated disc).

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat some olive oil in a pan and roast the onions in it until golden. Add garlic and fry briefly. Add to the turkey mince and season the mixture with lemon juice, finely chopped basil, salt and pepper.

Form 4 loafs from the mixture with wet hands and brush with oil on both sides. Grill on hot grill for about 10 minutes until crispy brown, turning halfway through.

Wash and slice the tomatoes, also slice the gherkins. Cut the hamburger buns crosswise and warm them briefly on the grill grate.
