Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Mix flour with baking powder and add eggs, curd, sugar, V. sugar, salt and chopped fruit. Knead everything into a firm dough and rest for 30 minutes. Form a stollen and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 60 minutes and dust with powdered sugar after cooling.
