For the zucchini and kohlrabi soup, peel the celery, carrot and kohlrabi and cut them into coarse pieces. Heat some vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the vegetables.

Cut the zucchini also into coarse pieces and add to the other vegetables. Fry briefly and then add water. Press the garlic and add to the vegetables.

Chop the herbs and simmer briefly. Finely puree the soup with a blender and dilute with a little water if necessary.
