For the bratwurst in beer sauce, fry the bratwursts in hot butter for about 12 minutes until brown all over. Remove and keep warm in a shallow dish.
Then add malt beer and cloves to the frying fat, bring to the boil and stir in the sauce powder. Season with sugar, lemon juice and a pinch of pepper.
Then place the sausages in the sauce and let them stand for another 2 minutes.
