Put flour, grated almonds Sanella, salt, pepper and cheese in a large enough bowl and knead until smooth. Form rolls of approx.
4 cm ø, wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Later cut into slices about the thickness of the back of a knife, place them on a greased baking tray, brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with grated cheese and perhaps caraway, salt or paprika.
Bake in the heated oven.
