Peel tomatoes, onion, garlic clove, bell bell pepper, cucumber, cut into coarse (1/2 cm) cubes and put the whole in the hand mixer form. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk together until smooth. Stir in the spices.

Strain the peeled, seeded and already blended peppers through a dish spoon, add the vinegar as well as the sugar until it turns into a syrup.

Chop the langoustines and dried tomatoes, add the pesto and the juice of one lemon and season a little with salt and cayenne pepper.

Pour some soup into a soup plate. Decorate with the syrup and form a spoonful of the tartar. Place the spoon and its contents in the center of the gazpacho. Decorate with a basil heart.
