Instructions:

Cut the meat into cubes, sprinkle with bell pepper and paprika, fry heartily in hot oil and remove with a skimmer.

Remove the skin from the onions, chop and brown in the remaining oil. Remove the core from the peppers, cut into strips about 5mm thick, add to the onions and sauté briefly. Sprinkle with flour.

Then add the meat, thyme, paradeis pulp, red wine and salt and mix well. Simmer on low heat with the lid closed for 90 minutes.

At the end stir in the yogurt.

The horse goulash is preferably served with brown rice or potatoes.

Our tip: Use high-quality red wine for a particularly fine taste!
