Instructions:

For the apricot tops, first prepare the base. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the yolks, sugar and oil until foamy. Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa.

Alternately mix in water and flour, fold in the snow. Spread the dough on a baking tray and bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for about 15 minutes.

For the cream, whip the cream with cinnamon, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until stiff. Drain the apricots, cut into small cubes and mix in. Spread the cream on the well cooled base, refrigerate for about 2 hours and decorate the apricot tops as desired.
