Oil Cake

For the oil cake, beat the eggs and water until foamy, add the oil and sugar and continue to stir. Mix the baking powder into the flour and add both to the rest of the mixture. Finally, stir in the cocoa powder or another flavoring (e.g. vanilla or lemon). Pour into a greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 200°C top-bottom heat for about 45 minutes. Pierce with a skewer and test whether the oil cake is baked.
