Instructions:

For the marzipan cookies, knead all ingredients with the dough hook in the kitchen machine until smooth. Roll in plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll out thinly and cut out discs with a smaller cookie cutter and press in a pattern with a fork.

Bake at 180 °C for about 10 minutes. When cooled, fill with currant jam.
