Try this delicious cake recipe:
Cream the soft light butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. gradually fold in the egg yolks, milk and lemon zest.
Add the sifted flour by the spoonful.
As a last step, fold in raisins, almond kernels and candied lemon peel.
Place the wafers on a baking tray. Place mounds of dough on top.
Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 25 minutes.
