Instructions:

Cut the Emmental into fine strips.

Cut half of the Lyon sausage slices into strips. Form the remaining sausage slices into small sacks.

Halve the pepperoni, remove the seeds and cut into fine strips.

Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters.

For the sauce, chop the cucumber. Remove the skin from the onion and chop it as well. Mix salt, mustard, vinegar, pepper and oil. Stir in cucumber, onion and kitchen herbs. Add cheese slices, Lyon strips and pepperoni and toss briefly.

Arrange the lettuce on plates. Garnish with the sausage patties and egg quarters.
