Instructions:

Soak long grain rice and Urid Dal separately in enough cold water for one night. Drain in a sieve. Grind very finely in a hand mixer, adding 50 cc of cold water to each. The purees must be viscous. Finely dice peeled onion and pitted peppers. Stir both purees, onion and pitted peppers and juice of one lemon with kefir. Cover and let stand at room temperature for at least one hour, better one night.

Bake about 20 narrow pancakes from the dough in hot oil, one after the other. Serve with soup.
