For white tiramisu, whip QimiQ Vanilla, then add mascarpone and continue whisking. Then add vanilla sugar and sugar and mix.

Finally, add the whipped cream. If you don’t want to use Rama Cremefine, you can also use normal whipped cream.

Mix everything together with a spatula. Line the baking dish with cling film. Put the cream on as the bottom layer, then layer dipped biscuits (rum and coffee) and then put the cream on again.
