Pear cake with cream cheese icing

(*) Baking tray of about 28 cm ø Spread the baking tray with the dough. Prick the dough base regularly with a fork.

Mix cream, eggs, cream cheese, sugar, raisins and juice of one lemon.

Remove the skin from the pears, core and dice. Immediately mix into the glaze and pour onto the dough.

Meanwhile, bake the pear cake in the oven heated to 200 °C on the lowest rack for forty to forty-five minutes. Cool.
