For Mojito ice lollipops, first prepare a mint syrup. Wash and pluck mint, setting aside a few leaves for decoration. Make a lauter sugar with water and sugar, following the basic recipe but using the amounts given here. Add mint and let cool.

In the meantime, squeeze 1 1/2 limes, cut the remaining lime half into paper-thin slices to taste, and set aside for decoration.

Once the mint syrup has cooled completely, mix well with lime juice, lemonade and rum in a shaker.

Place small mint leaves and 2-3 lime slices each in the ice molds as desired and carefully top with Mojito.

Freeze Mojito ice lollies in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

Preparation Tip:

So that the little ones can also taste the mojito ice lollies, simply leave out the rum and replace it with a little more lemonade.
