For the strawberry asparagus salad, cut off the asparagus stalks generously, cook the stalks until firm to the bite and either empty away the asparagus water or save it for the cream of asparagus soup. Carefully wash the strawberries and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Once cooked, either cool the asparagus to desired temperature or rinse with cold water. Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces as well, mix the marinade ingredients well in a separate container and empty over the salad.
