Instructions:

First, mix part of the butter with garlic as needed and a little salt and refrigerate.

Wash trout thoroughly, pat dry with kitchen roll. Mix flour with paprika, salt trout inside and fill with some of the paprika flour, roll outside in flour and press down well.

Place trout on a baking tray lined with baking paper, if possible deep, and fill and cover with some butter flakes and some garlic butter.

Bake the trout at 180 °C until the eyes pop out.
