For the puff pastries, cut the puff pastry to size and place a blob of jam, nougat cream or vanilla pudding on top, as desired.
Fold the puff pastries, place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and brush with egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes (depending on size and desired browning).

The fillings for the puff pastry can be varied as desired, e.g. add a piece of banana to the nougat cream or berries to the vanilla pudding, etc.
