Cut the bacon into fine strips and fry in the heated oil for 2 minutes.
Add the gnocchi and fry for another 2 minutes.
Cut the arugula into thin strips, add to the gnocchi and bacon and continue to simmer until it has collapsed.
Mix in the butter and Parmesan and sprinkle with a little pepper.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of arugula, you can also use spinach leaves.
