Instructions:

Fry the onion, add the chanterelles and fry briefly, deglaze with Soja Finesse and mix in the coarsely chopped basil.

For the dumpling mixture, mix all ingredients together and let rest a bit. Then form small dumplings from the dumpling mixture and let them steep for 10 minutes in lightly simmering salted water.

Serve the chanterelle sauce with bread dumplings warm.
