For the chicken loaf, boil the chicken, remove the skin and separate the meat from the bones. Then mince it and season with salt, pepper, marjoram and thyme.

Finely chop the onion and bell bell pepper, sauté in oil and refrigerate. When it has cooled down, mix it with the mince and add 2 eggs. If necessary, you can bind the mixture with breadcrumbs.

Shape the mixture into small loafs and bake them slowly in hot oil.

Remove the finished chicken loafs from the pan, drain and serve hot.
