Instructions:

Clean the leeks, rinse and cut into narrow rings. Blanch in boiling water, drain, rinse with ice cold water. Finely dice bacon. Clean mushrooms (do not rinse!!) and perhaps cut off.

Chop garlic, finely dice onion. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry bacon in it. Add onions and garlic and sauté briefly. Add leek and sauté briefly. Add the mushrooms and sauté. Extinguish with whipped cream, add a little bit of clear soup and cook a little bit. Season and add a little lemon juice to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with ribbon noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
