For the kaiser roulade, gently pound the cutlet until it is thin. As a filling we take a mixture of minced meat, which is composed as follows: 500 g of minced pork, 3 onions very finely chopped or minced in the mulinette, a packet of diced bacon, 3 chopped gherkins, 3 tablespoons of mustard, 4 eggs, pepper and salt. Mix all ingredients well and form into a roulade. Now take the cutlet, fill it with some of the mince filling and roll it. Fix with clamp or roulade string. Fry briefly on all sides in a pan. Add water and cook for 1 hour. Remove roulades. Stir dark sauce thickener into cooking juices and season with salt and pepper. Add roulades to sauce again and let simmer briefly. Serve with red cabbage and potatoes or dumplings. Enjoy your meal.
