Prepare the spaghetti as usual.

Lightly fry ham cubes and finely diced onion in a little vegetable oil. Extinguish with water and white wine, season with salt. Lower the flame, add the mascarpone and stir. Season with pressed cloves of garlic, oregano and a little pepper.
