For the pasta arrabbiata, fry the bacon and onion in olive oil. Add diced tomatoes, garlic and the herbs. Simmer for a few minutes, season with harissa and salt.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain and mix with the spicy parade sauce. Arrange in a pasta dish. Sprinkle with plenty of Parmesan and serve the pasta arrabbiata garnished with basil leaves.
