For the Parmesan rolls with salmon, coarsely grate the Parmesan. Spread 4 circles (each 8 cm in diameter) of Parmesan on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 7 – 10 minutes until the Parmesan has melted together.

Allow Parmesan circles to cool only briefly so that they can still be bent up the sides into rolls. Then let cool completely.

Wash and finely chop the chives. Mix mustard, honey and chives. Wash lettuce, shake dry and cut into smaller pieces.

Place 1 slice of salmon and lettuce in each Parmesan roll. Serve with honey-mustard sauce.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of chives, dill is also suitable for the Parmesan rolls with salmon.
