For the apple cupcake, mix whipped cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar well.

Mix flour with baking powder and sift over the mixture and stir.

Peel the apples and cut them into not too thin strips.

Pour the mixture into a greased and flour-dusted cake pan and place the apple slices on top.

Mix granulated sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the apples.

Bake the apple cupcake at 180°C for about 50 – 60 minutes.
