For baked oyster mushrooms clean the mushrooms, remove the stems. Mix the egg with pepper and salt. Mix breadcrumbs and almonds. Dredge the mushrooms in the flour, then in the egg and in the almond-crumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs smooth.

Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms on both sides until golden brown. Drain the excess fat on kitchen roll.

For the sauce, mix sour cream and kefir with the herbs, season with salt, juice and a little grated lemon and pepper.

Serve the sauce with the baked oyster mushrooms.

Preparation Tip:

Use untreated organic lemon for Baked Oyster Mushrooms!
