For the banana-coconut shake, peel the bananas and cut them roughly into pieces. Mix the banana pieces together with the coconut milk, soy milk and honey in a blender.
Add ice cubes if desired and blend again briefly. Fill the banana coconut shake into glasses and serve.
Preparation Tip:
As a cocktail variation, you can add 4 cl of Batida de Coco per serving of Banana Coconut Shake.
