Roast sausages in hot oil for approx. 4 min. Cool down. Knead dough ingredients together. Divide into four portions and roll out four squares (about 18 x 18 cm) on the spot. Place one sausage on each, wrap with dough and press together at ends. Slightly cut the surface.
Bake at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
Serve with sauerkraut and zucchini strips.
Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
