Instructions:

For the cabbage quiche, oil a quiche dish (approx. 26 cm) and line with puff pastry.

Prick the bottom and pre-bake in the preheated oven at 200° on the middle shelf for 15 minutes.

Fry the finely chopped onion in the oil, add the rest of the ingredients of the filling and fry for 5 minutes – possibly add 1 tablespoon of water at the end to dissolve the roasting substances. Allow to cool slightly and then pour onto the pre-baked base.

Beat the eggs with the cream and the spices and add the cheese. Pour the mixture over the vegetables. Bake the quiche at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until light brown.

Preparation Tip:

If the cabbage quiche browns sooner, you can cover it with aluminum foil.
