Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Divide cauliflower into roses. Slice carrot into fine sticks or cut into narrow strips. Cut beans perhaps in half and cook al dente in boiling hot salted water. Drain, rinse briefly in cold water and drain in a sieve. Bring salted water to boil and add 1 tablespoon curry, cook cauliflower in it for about 10 minutes. Chop onion, garlic and chili pepper. Mix coconut milk, peanut cream, crème fraîche, onion, garlic and chili until smooth. Season with remaining salt, curry, pepper, vinegar and juice of one lemon. Add oil drop by drop.
