Instructions:

For the chocolate cake, beat egg whites with sugar until creamy. Stir in the yolks and grated chocolate, sift in the flour and gently fold in.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured springform pan and bake for approx. 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °.

For the cream, whip egg whites with sugar over steam until stiff and let cool. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt over steam.

Cream soft butter, mix in yolks first and then chocolate. Stir the mixture with the snow until smooth and chill.

Remove the cake from the oven and turn out onto baking paper, let cool. Cut the cake in half, spread the lower cake layer with one third of the cream, place the second cake layer on top, spread with 2/3 of the cream.

Finish the chocolate cake with remaining cream and garnish.
