For the curd rolls, first preheat the oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat). Mix the dry ingredients. Add curd cheese, eggs and milk.

Quickly knead into a rather soft dough, form small balls, place on the baking tray and bake at 175 °C for approx. 20 minutes. About 5 minutes before the end of the baking time, brush the curd rolls with milk and sprinkle with a little granulated sugar.

Preparation Tip:

These curd rolls taste best lukewarm!
