For the devil sauce, first bring all ingredients to room temperature. Then place all ingredients in a blender jar. Place the blender on the bottom of the container and slowly blend from the bottom up on the highest speed.

Blend for about 5 minutes until the mayonnaise reaches a creamy consistency.

Squeeze the garlic. Mix garlic, mayonnaise, ketchup together until well combined. Mix in paprika powder, powdered sugar and vinegar well. Season the devil sauce with salt and pepper.
