To make the potato loaf, boil the potatoes, peel them while still hot and mash them with a fork, add an egg, chopped sausage, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and flour. Mix this mixture well and form small loaves.

Fry them well on both sides in a frying pan, remove and drain. Serve the finished potato loaf with any sauce.

Preparation Tip:

This Erdäpfellaibchen recipe tastes great without sausage and is therefore also recommended for vegetarians!
