Instructions:

Turn the ham through the fine disk of the meat grinder. Stir in egg yolk and sweet cream. Season with salt, pepper and freshly chopped basil. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and add to the mixture. Grease a suitable baking dish with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour in the mixture. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 °C for about 30 minutes. Remove the roast, turn out and portion.
