Instructions:

You should cook this fancy dessert once. It not only tastes good, but also looks good and is also very healthy.

For the dough, put flour in a suitable bowl. Make an indentation in the center. Mix milk, salt, egg yolks and water in a baking bowl. Gradually stir mixture into flour with a whisk, starting from the center. Rest dough for half an hour to allow flour to swell. Beat egg whites and vanilla sugar in a baking bowl until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter. Rinse the elderflower umbels under cold water. Dry carefully with household paper.

Heat butter in a frying pan. Dip the cones into the batter. Bake four cakes each in the butter (stems up). Arrange on plates, mix sugar with cinnamon. Sprinkle over elderflower cakes and serve hot.
